What is the venue capacity?
The Club's capacity is 250 guests for a seated dinner reception.
Can two events happen simultaneously on my event day?
No — you will have exclusive rights to the venue for your event; they will not book two events on the same day.
Is there a bridal suite? How many people can it comfortably accommodate?
Yes — the venue has a bridal suite upstairs which fits up to 8 guests comfortably. It includes a private restroom and terrace overlooking the courtyard and garden.
Do I need to rent a dance floor?
No — the Club's loggia already has an existing floor that’s perfect for dancing; an additional dance floor is not needed.
Can I bring my own vendors?
Yes — many vendors such as planners, florists, hair & makeup, photographers, etc., are allowed. However the DJ and/or live band must be selected from the venue’s pre-approved list.
Do you provide on-site catering?
Yes — the venue is exclusively catered by The Hansen Group. Outside catering is not permitted.
Are tables, linens, glassware included?
Yes — round tables with linen, Chiavari chairs (in any color), napkins, flatware and glassware are all included in your catering package.
What is the event curfew or end-time?
The event curfew is 11 pm.
